We’ve dreamed for a long time of receiving guests in our own B & B.
After a long search we found the dream property: a former doctor’s house in the quiet Visserslaan, at walking distance from the center and the beach. The white villa is located in the protected Dumont district, a beautiful architectural complex of villas that were built in the first half of the last century. Inside, the elegant staircase with the large chandelier and original paneling betrayed the architectural style of the early 20th century. For the opening in the Easter holidays of 2007, we have been growing for a year. We chose a contemporary style with a nod to the sea.
You can choose from 3 luxury rooms:
The rooms each have their own identity. The first 2 rooms can accommodate up to 4 people and both have a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The Brise-Lames is a romantic room for 2 in the ridge of the roof. We think it’s important that the B’s in B & B are taken care of for the guests: the large boxsprings guarantee a good night’s sleep and in the morning an extensive, regional and fresh breakfast is offered including freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs. The first rays of sunshine welcome guests into the cozy breakfast room, where plans are forged for the rest of the day. De Panne has assets for everyone: the widest beach on the Belgian coast, the extensive nature reserves and forests, architectural gems in the Dumont district, shopping on Sundays, public holidays or a day at Plopsaland!
When our 3 daughters, Charlotte, Axelle and Babette were sufficiently large, we thought the time was right to open a beauty salon. In the restful practice, Nathalie takes all the time to offer the customer a customized care.
